I first met angela two years ago and was encouraged by her
gentel nature and fantastic understanding of the body to visit her and take
a pilates class.
I have been bothered in recent years by severe lower back
spasms while sitting wich often had me stand up from a dinner to stretch
and walk around. It was also impossible to take a long journey in a car I
would drive with one hand on the wheel and the other in a fist behind my
back to massage my back.
Angela found a way to aligned my posture and strengthen my
core and taught me a completly new way to sit and stand. It took six weeks
to train my stomach muscles to support my spine.
Now I hold myself correctly without any thought and needless to say all my
aches and pains are a thing of the past
